Stuffed Mushrooms

30-40 medium-sized mushrooms
1 c mozzarella cheese
1 lb sausage
Garlic salt to taste

-Wash mushrooms and take off stems.
-Sauté with the sausage; after well cooked, drain the fat; remove from heat and add cheese; stuff the mushrooms.
-Sprinkle with parsley.
-Bake at 400 degrees 10-15 mins until cheese is golden.
